Dennis is one of the founders of the Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys. He has a lifetime of experience in the New Home Construction and Roofing industry and has been self-employed for nearly forty years… A resident of Sandwich, MA, he and his wife (Barbara) have three grown children, several grand kids, and a dog named Jake. “It’s great to be a part of the Cape Cod business community!”
Andy worked in the corporate environment for 35 years, always dreaming of the possibility of being self-employed. Customer satisfaction is his key component to a successful business relationship. Andy and Dennis met as freshmen at Bentley University (Waltham, MA). After graduation, their careers took them in different directions, though they always remained the best of friends. More than thirty years later, the former college roommates have teamed up once again. Together they bring you the best in quality service and professionalism for your home’s exterior protection…
Chris has worked in both the corporate world and construction for over 16 years. A graduate of Suffolk University, his expertise is painting anything from interior finish work to exterior projects. He values hard work and professionalism on every job.
Adam is a product of Stonehill College majoring in Finance. Adam is a charter member of this CCGM team and has a handful of years of “top-side” experience. Adam enjoys navigating all around Cape Cod using his creative skills to fix and repair gutters as well as cleaning them.
Mauricio Romero comes from Boston’s South Shore. He enjoys cleaning and tuning up the roof drainage system. Taking safety very seriously is his first priority. He is great at troubleshooting and solving any problems with your gutters and downspouts. He is the Inventory Manager of Truck #4. His favorite quote is “think like a raindrop”.
James comes from a history of customer service having worked in the restaurant industry for four years and managed his own restaurant for one of those years.
He loves speaking with customers and solving any and all problems they may be having. He takes great pride in coming up with unique solutions to solve difficult problems. He also has a love for bananas.
Bobby, a Carpenter, comes to the Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys with 20 years of experience in carpentry and gutters. His love for his work and family show in his everyday performance. His expertise and knowledge on the job are optimum. Bobby Boothby is a Professional Cape Cod Gutter Monkey and is a great addition to our team.
Charlie, a Gutter Specialist, graduated from St. Joseph’s College with a Bachelor’s in Business. He has found his niche with the Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys. His experience with roofing, numbers, angles, etc. is a real asset to the company.
Roger, a Veteran of the Navy, toured Iraq and Afghanistan and retired after five years as soldier. Thank you for your service, Roger. Mr. Marsh has lived on Cape Cod most of his life and is a Carpenter at heart. He is a gentleman and a wonderful addition to our team.

Bayu is a graduate of Lynchburg College with a degree in exercise physiology. He worked 13 years in the fitness field as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and ran his own college program for 2 years in PA. In 2019 he decided to make a career change. His first opportunity was constructing “pole barns” for Morton Buildings building “pole barns”. He also has experience doing frame and finish carpentry. This lead to him joining the Gutter Monkeys installation crew. His short but diverse experience in carpentry makes him a versatile crew member.
Drew is originally from Fall River, MA . He is the proud father of two kids. They enjoy the outdoors. Drew has some big boy Toys; dirt bikes, motorcycles etc.
Dan was born and raised on Cape Cod… Born in Hyannis, Dan and his wife have set up their home in the Yarmouth area. Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and dog at the local beaches.

Nancy has fully supported CCGM from Day-One. Now, she has formally joined the Office. Nancy can do it all – schedules, accounting, order-taking, billing, etc… BTW, Nancy also graduated from Bentley. THATS where she met her “cowboy”
Molly arrived at the Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys Office to join the Management Team. She came straight from the office of Northeastern University where she worked with the students in the Student’s Activities Department. Molly has a Bachelor’s Degree from Lasell College in Communications and has her Master’s from Northeastern University.
